Job summary

Europcar Ireland, part of Europcar Mobility Group, is seeking a Junior Trade Sales Administrator to support high-volume vehicle sales of ex-rental cars to the Trade Motor Industry. Based primarily in Clonghran with travel to Dublin Airport, you will handle sales administration, fleet records and customer-facing activities in a dynamic environment.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with some weekend work based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealing with customers in car trade sales is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and conscientious approach.
• Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade sales activity out of Dublin Airport and Clonghran.
• Ensure all fleet records and telematics devices are properly managed.
• Perform weekly sales stock checks and report inaccuracies.
• Maintain Trade Motors Website photos and vehicle details to support sales teams.
• Handle customer-facing duties in an office environment.
• Develop new clients and manage existing relationships.
• Coordinate collections and deliveries as needed.
