Job summary

EWL Electric Wilton in Cork is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to drive the trade counter, promote sales and enhance the customer experience. The role requires a proactive individual with an electrical industry background and a strong focus on service.

You will handle stocktaking, merchandising and counter maintenance while working with the team to promote growth and customer satisfaction. Training and progression are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the Electrical Industry and proven capabilities regarding customer service and product management who can take control of our Trade Counter and drive the business forward.
• A positive attitude, willing to work with the existing team
• A passion to learn and develop new skills

Due to continued growth, EWL Electric in Wilton, Cork is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated person for the role of Trade Counter Assistant.

Key activities:

• Maintenance and development of the trade counter, sales promotions, merchandising and the enhancement of the customer experience.
• Stocktaking and regular cycle counting
• Housekeeping and cleaning duties

Skills and experience required:

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Electrical Industry and have proven capabilities regarding customer service and product management who can take control of our Trade Counter and drive the business forward.
• A positive attitude, willing to work with the existing team
• A passion to learn and develop new skills
• A Full Clean Drivers Licence (Essential)
