Job summary

EWL Electric Wilton, Cork is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Wilton warehouse. The role covers loading and unloading freight, receiving goods, stock placement, and picking and packing orders to support the busy trade counter and drivers.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a Full Clean Driving Licence. Forklift or safety certs are advantageous and career progression is offered with annual profit sharing and a company pension plan.

Qualifications

• Full Clean Driver's Licence is essential.
• Forklift licence, Safe Pass or Manual Handling certs are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of freight vehicles.
• Receiving goods on system & placing them into stock in a timely manner.
• Picking and packing of orders.
• Providing relief to Van Drivers as and when necessary.
• Providing assistance to Trade Counter sales staff when necessary.
• Stocktaking and regular cycle counting.
• Ensuring the Warehouse is compliant with H&S standards.
