Job summary

Smyths Toys is seeking Sales Assistants for a temporary contract in Ireland. The role focuses on delivering customer service, helping shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment across busy retail hours.

The ideal candidate will be flexible to work across 7 days a week, with retail experience being desirable though not essential. Pay is €14.25/hour for over 20s and €13.00/hour for under 20s.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in the industry is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible availability required to cover seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Work as part of a fast paced and dynamic team
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Pack shelves and merchandise
• Work delivery and complete price changes
• Work on the tills
