Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking a Senior Town Planner to lead complex planning applications from feasibility through to consent, delivering strategic advice and shaping project outcomes for a prestigious client base.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, liaise with local authorities and stakeholders, and prepare high quality planning reports and statements for residential, commercial and infrastructure developments, while guiding projects from inception to decision.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's qualification in Town Planning or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience within a planning consultancy or local authority.
• Eligible for membership, or membership, of the Irish Planning Institute and/or RTPI.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish planning system, planning legislation and development management process.
• Experience preparing planning applications, planning reports and planning appraisals.
• Excellent report writing, stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple planning projects simultaneously.

A leading independent planning consultancy is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their growing Dublin-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Town Planner to work on some of Ireland's most prestigious residential, commercial and strategic infrastructure developments while progressing their career within a highly respected specialist planning consultancy. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex planning applications, providing strategic planning advice and leading projects from initial feasibility through to planning consent.

Projects:

• Large Scale Residential Developments (LRDs) valued up to €500m+
• Commercial, office and mixed-use developments valued up to €300m+
• Industrial, logistics and employment developments valued up to €250m+
• Planning feasibility, due diligence and masterplanning commissions

Role:
