Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Test Analyst with Life & Pensions domain experience to own end-to-end quality assurance in a multi-year transformation programme. You will define test scenarios, validate data flows, and drive defect resolution for core platforms in Life400, AS400, and IBM Mainframe environments.

The role offers autonomy, a high-visibility impact within an Irish financial institution, and a mix of 80% remote and in-office collaboration in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst in Life & Pensions environments.
• Hands-on experience with Life400, AS400 or IBM Mainframe architectures.
• Knowledge of policy administration, claims, or pensions platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define, craft, and execute functional test scenarios and regression suites across core policy administration, claims and pensions platforms.
• Establish robust test environments and validate core data flows across Life400, AS400 and IBM Mainframe systems.
• Identify, trace, and manage defects to resolution, partnering with BAs and Developers to de-risk release cycles.
• Provide actionable risk assessments and executive-facing quality updates to drive project outcomes.
