Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd in Ireland seeks a self-sufficient Test Analyst with deep Life & Pensions domain expertise to own end-to-end quality assurance within a major transformation programme. You will design and execute comprehensive tests, ensuring accuracy of data across Life400, AS400 and IBM Mainframe environments.

You will manage defects, provide executive-quality updates, and work closely with BAs and Developers to de-risk releases while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Test Analyst in enterprise Insurance, Life & Pensions
• Hands-on experience with Life400, AS400 or IBM Mainframe architectures
• Knowledge of policy administration, claims, or pensions platforms

Responsibilities

• Define, craft, and execute functional test scenarios and regression suites for policy administration, claims, and pensions platforms.
• Establish robust test environments and validate core data flows across Life400, AS400, and IBM Mainframe systems.
• Identify, trace, and manage defects; partner with BAs and developers to de-risk releases.
