Job summary

Osborne Recruitment in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, is seeking temporary Warehouse / General Operatives for a busy manufacturing client. The role covers loading/unloading, material handling, and assisting production lines, with essential safety PPE required.

Candidates should have a Manual Handling Certificate and Counterbalance Forklift Licence, plus prior warehouse or manufacturing experience. Shifts include day, 12-hour day, and 12-hour night blocks.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, punctual and committed to assigned shifts.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must have own safety shoes/boots and safety glasses.
• Manual Handling Certificate is essential.
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing or general operative experience is essential.
• Manual handling experience is beneficial for General Operative roles; training can be provided where required.

Responsibilities

• Duties May Include General warehouse and manufacturing duties.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Manual handling and movement of products.
• Picking, packing and preparing materials.
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe.
• Supporting production/assembly lines.
• Operating a counterbalance forklift where required.
• Following all health & safety procedures and company policies.
• Carrying out duties as directed by management and senior staff.
