Sports Direct is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period. You will greet customers, help with product choices, and maintain store appearance to deliver a first-class shopping experience.

Join a fast-paced, energetic team with flexible hours and employee discounts across Frasers Group brands. You may work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays during the peak season.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service (greeting, needs analysis).
• Offer product knowledge and tailored recommendations to drive sales.
• Support stock and merchandising, pricing accuracy and stock checks.
• Assist with deliveries and general store operations during shifts.

As a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period (ending January 10th 2027), you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. From helping customers with product selections to maintaining the look and feel of the store, you’ll contribute to a first-class shopping experience, all while gaining valuable skills and building your confidence in a fun, fast-moving retail environment.

Sales & Service

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
• Use your product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations
• Support the team in delivering store goals

Visual Merchandising

• Help maintain store standards through stock presentation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising standards that reflect the Sports Direct brand

Operations

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing
• Ensure pricing is up-to-date and accurate
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy

• Customer-focused with a passion for retail
• Friendly, confident, and a strong communicator
• Adaptable with a flexible work ethic

• You willbe required to work over the Christmas period(bank holidays, weekends and evenings)
