Job summary

Sports Direct, part of the Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join one of the UK/Global store networks. You will greet customers, help them find products, deliver excellent service from door to till, and keep the shop floor tidy and inviting.

In this role you’ll work with a friendly team and contribute to daily sales and customer satisfaction goals, with opportunities for progression in a fast-growing retail business.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a bonus, but not essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.
• Deliver brilliant service at every touchpoint, from the door to the till.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually on point.
• Replenish shelves and rails so the floor is always ready for the next customer.
