Leinster Appointments Ltd. is seeking a Temporary Credit Controller to cover short-term absence in their Ballymount Dublin 12 office. The role is week-to-week and fully office-based, with a starting wage of €18.00 per hour, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will bring strong credit control and accounts receivable experience to support cash flow and customer accounts. Strong knowledge of invoicing, payment tracking, and debt recovery is preferred, with proficiency in Sage or Opera being

Qualifications

• Strong credit control and accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software, ideally Sage or Opera.
• Ability to manage invoicing, payment tracking, and customer account management.
• Comfortable working independently and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to start at short notice and flexible with week-to-week arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Cover short-term absence with strong credit control and AR expertise.
• Maintain cash flow by monitoring invoices and payments.
• Manage customer accounts and payment tracking.
