Access Healthcare is looking for resilient, sales-driven individuals with demonstrated people-management skills to build a lasting recruitment career. You’ll lead by example, coach others, and own your candidate flow from first contact to placement.

Through specialised training and mentorship, you’ll receive full training with no prior recruitment experience required. The compensation features base salary plus uncapped commission, with 45k in Year 1 and 75k in Year 2 for average performers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of post-grad experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in outbound sales or retention within telecommunications.
• Pure ambition to grow and be a top performer.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and manage your own desk and candidates.
• Progress through a merit-based path from consultant to leadership roles.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve long-term recruitment success.
