Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Strategy and Transformation (TS&T) Consultant in Dublin. You will shape technology strategies, design future-state roadmaps, and lead transformation initiatives that unlock business value for Fortune 500 CIO clients.

You will collaborate with business, technology, data and delivery teams to build AI-enabled platforms, modern architectures, and governance models, delivering measurable outcomes and value realization.

Qualifications

Solid experience in consulting, technology strategy or transformation teams (3+ years).
Proven track record supporting technology programmes and managing client relationships and stakeholders.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
Ability to connect business value with technology decisions and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

Work with business and technology leaders to define technology strategies and future-state roadmaps.
Help clients build AI-ready digital foundations across data, cloud, and platforms.
Assess technology estates and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support complex transformation programmes by establishing governance, risk management and value tracking.
Collaborate across teams to create joined-up solutions.
Develop presentations, analyses and recommendations for client stakeholders.
Support workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather information and identify actions.
