Job summary

CLS - Complete Laboratory Solutions is seeking a TSMS Supervisor to lead the Technical Services laboratory, ensuring accuracy of test data and regulatory compliance. You will oversee analytical testing, supervise staff, and coordinate KPI reporting to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data integrity, lab readiness for audits, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant scientific discipline; GMP-regulated lab experience preferred.
• Experience with analytical testing (HPLC, SEC, CE, icIEF, Glycan) in a GMP environment.
• Experience with Empower/Nugenesis or equivalent LIMS. Supervisory or team-lead experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Technical Services lab, ensuring data accuracy and SOP compliance.
• Oversee testing across downstream, upstream and floor investigations and report results to stakeholders.
• Manage data and documentation, enable timely sign-offs, and maintain Process Data Integrity Review.
