Job summary

Hoymiles in Ireland is seeking an experienced professional to cover regional technical service responsibilities and drive post-sales support. You will deliver technical guidance on products, installations, and system operation, while coordinating with third-party providers to resolve inquiries and warranty cases.

You will conduct regional trainings, gather product intelligence, and contribute to process improvements, with strong English communication skills and a solid solar industry background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Electronics, Electrical or related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry.
• Fluent English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for regional technical service responsibility
• Responsible for the sell-through and post-sales activities in the region
• Provide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operational matters
• Ensure proper resolution to customer inquiries and warranty service requests
• Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service-related issues
• Conduct regional product/technical training, seminars and webinars
• Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issues
• Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysis
• Lead or participate in projects and process improvement activities
• Provide sales and marketing support as needed
