Job summary

Berkley Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Technical Salesforce Architect to join a high-profile enterprise transformation programme. This hands-on role provides technical leadership across design, delivery and integration of Salesforce solutions in a large-scale environment.

Based in Dublin with hybrid working, the successful candidate will guide development teams, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure security, performance and governance across Salesforce

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Lightning features.
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce integrations and security modelling.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

My client is seeking an experienced Technical Salesforce Architect to join a high-profile enterprise transformation programme. This is a hands‑on architecture role where you will provide technical leadership across the design, delivery, and integration of Salesforce solutions within a large-scale environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Architect who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, guiding development teams, and delivering scalable cloud-based solutions.

The Role

Technical Salesforce Architect

Dublin (Hybrid)

Initial 6 Month Day Rate Contract

Rate: €750 per day

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions
• Defining best practices and ensuring high-quality technical delivery
• Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Providing technical leadership to Salesforce development teams
• Designing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms
• Supporting solution governance, security, performance, and scalability
• Participating in architecture reviews and technical decision making
• Contributing to Agile delivery across a fast‑paced programme

Required Experience

• Extensive experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Solution Architect
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Lightning
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
• Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce integration experience
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling and platform best practices
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills

Desirable

• Salesforce Technical Architect or Application/System Architect certifications
• Experience with Experience Cloud, MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms
• Experience working within large enterprise or regulated environments
