Job summary
Berkley Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Technical Salesforce Architect to join a high-profile enterprise transformation programme. This hands-on role provides technical leadership across design, delivery and integration of Salesforce solutions in a large-scale environment.
Based in Dublin with hybrid working, the successful candidate will guide development teams, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure security, performance and governance across Salesforce
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Lightning features.
- Proven ability to lead technical delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience designing scalable Salesforce integrations and security modelling.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions.
- Define best practices and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
- Translate requirements to scalable Salesforce designs with stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams.
- Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
- Support governance, security, performance and scalability.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical decisions.
- Contribute to Agile delivery across a fast-paced programme.
