Tritech Engineering is seeking a Technical Sales Administrator to join our Maintenance Team. You will provide proactive support to the Sales and Service departments, coordinating enquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining customer records with accuracy and care.

With strong organisational and communication skills, you will build effective relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery and high standards of service.

Formación

• Experience in Engineering/Construction is an advantage.
• Excellent organisation and administrative skills in a busy environment.
• Clear customer focus with excellent customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must hold a full driving licence; travel to customer sites may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate tender and contract terms to suit client and company.
• Calculate client quotations and administer accounts.

• Deliver after-sales support and provide technical backup.
• Prepare reports for the Maintenance Manager and keep records.
• Meet regular sales targets and coordinate projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other technical experts.

Purpose of Role:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Administrator to join our Maintenance Team, to provide support to the Sales and Service department. Working within a team environment, you will be required to demonstrate excellent external and internal customer focus throughout. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to progress their career development.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technical support for the sales and maintenance team
• Generation of sales enquiries and product offering awareness across the country and client base
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and meeting their requirements
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both the client and company needs.
• Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance.
• Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
• Prepare reports for the Maintenance Manager and keep customer records.
• Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
• Liaise and work with other members of the team and other technical experts.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience working in Engineering/Construction an advantage
• Excellent organisation and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment with competing demands.
• Can demonstrate a clear customer focus with excellent customer skills and commitment to meeting and exceeding customer requirements.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must hold a full driving license (travelling to customer site maybe required)
