• Work with global Program Manager (PgM) team to develop and deliver AI automation projects from conception to implementation and manage the relationships across engineering and operations.
• Develop processes, infrastructure systems to scale AI workflow adoption across the Geo Data organization.
• Create operational and product requirement documents that creatively solve Geo's scaling challenges via AI and Agents.
• Manage resolution of project-related technical issues and engage with engineering to determine root causes and solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical program management or technical execution focused on data operations or infrastructure.
• Experience managing cross-functional infrastructure programs that support large language models (LLMs), computer vision, or high-throughput machine learning pipelines (e.g., compute clusters, storage solutions, and GPU provisioning).
• Experience driving technical programs from conception to deployment across globally distributed engineering, research, data operations, and product teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience implementing automated data-validation frameworks, anomaly detection models, and machine learning-assisted data cleaning to manage large volumes of unstructured or semi-structured geo-data.
• Proven background in overseeing geospatial data pipelines, data ingestion frameworks, labeling/annotation operations, or massive spatial dataset curation (such as maps, remote sensing, or location intelligence data).
• Familiarity with TPU utilization and prompt cost optimization strategies when scaling heavy workloads.
