Job summary

Google Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Share Software Engineer III, Infrastructure to design, implement, and test features for safe config deployments within large-scale distributed systems. You will work on API development, system reliability, and AI-enhanced tooling as part of Google Cloud infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience plus 2 years in software development, Go, and agile practices, with advanced degrees preferred.

• Design, implement, and test features on safe config deployments. Manage challenges in distributed systems, API development, and large-scale user migration.
• Define, monitor, and improve Service Level Indicators and Objectives to ensure high reliability and efficiency for config deployments, including root cause analysis of production issues.
• Apply AI agentic tooling to enhance system operability and engineering productivity.
