Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager- Technical II to drive innovative, secure, and reliable solutions for core Mastercard transaction switching systems. You will bridge business needs with technology, collaborating across product teams, PMs, and engineering.

The role requires balancing multiple projects, driving delivery, and applying PM best practices in an agile or waterfall environment.

Qualifications

• Understands how payments are processed (four-party model) and Mastercard role.
• Experience taking ideas from inception to production: requirements, design, testing, implementation, post-production monitoring.
• Able to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders across the org (product, engineering, executives).

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specs for Mastercard switching systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering to estimate, design, and deliver requirements.
• Act as voice of the customer in requirements, reviews, and documentation.
• Monitor delivery through testing, production, and post-production support.
