Job summary

The role provides vital technical and training support across multiple areas, ensuring continuity of research and teaching activities. The post is permanent and full-time, 36.5 hours per week, with a pay scale in line with Government Pay Policy.

Qualifications

• Entry to the profession requires a relevant Honours degree.
• MSc holders may be appointed at Senior Technical Officer level with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programs, experimental project work (capstone, MSc, PhD) and research activities in the School.
• Provide vital technical and training support to a variety of areas to ensure continuity of research and teaching activities.
• Assist with day-to-day technical operations to enable learning and research outcomes.
