Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced professional to assist the Hard Services Manager in delivering an effective Integrated Facility Management (IFM) service for the client. The role involves coordinating on-site and off-site contractors across multiple disciplines, providing technical oversight of M&E systems, and ensuring safety, compliance, and performance against SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience with EAM, SAP, Maximo or similar CMMS systems.
• 3–5 years’ experience in technical services or contractor coordination.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Degree or trade qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CBRE Hard Services Manager to run an IFM service for the client.
• Daily management of on-site and off-site contractor personnel across multiple disciplines (Mechanical and Electrical).
• Provide technical oversight of mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, fire protection, BMS, LT power, access control).
• Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are fulfilled before work begins and permits are in place.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, drive cost savings, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
