Job summary

HybridItec Ltd. seeks an experienced software engineering lead to drive sprint delivery and cross-border localization on a healthcare coding platform.

You will guide a nine-person team, manage technical coordination with product owners, and ensure high-quality code across .NET, Angular and JavaScript while aligning with US stakeholders. The role requires 8+ years in software engineering, strong C#, .NET MVC, SQL and AWS experience, plus localization delivery.

Job description

Location: Dublin, Ireland (remote) Openings: 1 Experience: 8 to 10 years

Engagement: Full-time, 12-month engagement from January 2027

About the role

Lead a nine-person team extending a US computer assisted coding platform, used by hospital systems for medical coding and billing, into the Canadian and Middle East markets. You will own sprint delivery, code quality and technical coordination with other product teams, and act as the day-to-day technical contact for the client's product owner and development manager.

What you will do

Lead design and delivery of localized coding workflows, terminology and regulatory content for Canada and the UAE.

Plan sprint work with the product owner and break features into tasks for the team.

Review code and pull requests across .NET, Angular and Java components.

Coordinate integration work with other client engineering teams, including EHR integrations using HL7 and FHIR.

Support client rollout activities where no patient health information is involved.

Report progress, risks and impediments to the engagement manager.

How the team works

Agile scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.

Jira for work tracking and daily time entry in Jira Tempo.

Unit tests with every change, peer code reviews and alignment to the client's architecture standards.

Responsible use of GitHub Copilot within client-approved policies, with all AI-assisted code reviewed and tested.

Must have

8+ years of software engineering, with at least 2 years leading a development team.

Strong C#, .NET MVC and SQL; working knowledge of Angular and JavaScript.

Experience with AWS-hosted applications.

Experience delivering localization or internationalization (language, regional rules, formats).

Clear written and spoken English and comfort working directly with US stakeholders.

Nice to have

Healthcare, medical coding or revenue cycle domain experience (ICD-10, CPT).

HL7 or FHIR integration experience.

Java or Node.js exposure.

French or Arabic language skills.

Pay: €40.00-€44.00 per hour
