Ajax Systems is a global security-tech leader seeking an experienced leader to develop and grow its UK Technical Management team. You will run a comprehensive training program, gather field feedback, and help shape product roadmaps for distributors and installers.

You will travel up to 50% to visit key customers, deliver technical sessions, and collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and industry standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading field-based technical teams.
• Industry background in alarm systems, video surveillance, security, or related fields.
• Strong working knowledge of CCTV, intrusion systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Proven experience delivering offline and online technical training to technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel up to 50% for business trips and events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow a team of Technical Managers in the UK.
• Implement a comprehensive Ajax Systems training program for the UK market.

• Teach technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to increase knowledge of products and technology.
• Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions; collaborate with the team.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with sales departments.
• Create vision and provide direction from own perspective.
• Develop training materials/content for the Technical Sales Training Team.
• Travel around 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Developing and growing a team of Technical Managers in the UK
• Implementing a comprehensive Ajax Systems training program for the UK market
• Play a key role in providing product feedback/requests
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors, as well as installers
• Visit key customers as needed, promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, in close collaboration with Ajax’s BDM’s
• Teach technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology
• Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the rest of the team
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with sales departments
• Create vision, provide direction from own perspective
• Develop training materials/content for the Technical Sales Training Team
• Travel around 50% of time

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading field-based technical teams, ideally in a customer-facing or partner ecosystem environment
• Industry background in alarm systems, video surveillance, security, telecommunications, or closely related fields
• Strong working knowledge of CCTV, intrusion systems, and fire alarm systems
• Proven hands-on experience in designing and installing video surveillance, fire alarm, or other security systems
• Experience delivering offline and online technical training to technical audiences
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and willing to travel for business trips, trade shows, and other professional events
• Self-motivated and independent, with an outgoing personality and a proactive approach to work
