Job summary

Trust In SODA in Galway, Ireland, seeks a Delivery Manager – Cybersecurity Engineering to lead a team of engineers and analysts and to shape security strategy and roadmaps for cloud-native software delivery.

You will champion Secure SDLC practices and partner with senior stakeholders to embed security at the heart of software delivery, coaching both junior and senior team members along the way.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT with 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, cloud-native software using Secure SDLC.
• Strong foundation in systems architecture, SDLC, Agile, AWS, and DevSecOps.
• Data-driven mindset using analytics and metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.

Delivery Manager – Cybersecurity Engineering

We've partnered with a multinational financial services business in Galway looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineering manager.

In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers and analysts, shape security strategy and roadmap, champion Secure SDLC practices, and partner with senior stakeholders to embed security at the heart of software delivery.

The role has 4 key pillars:

• Team Leadership/Management - Leading a team of 8
• Delivery and Execution - Delivery focused role (road mapping, Collaboration, Communication, Vendor Management etc)
• Cyber Security (Application Security)

What We're Looking For
