Job summary

State Street is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager in Kilkenny to drive end-to-end planning and delivery across cyber platforms and engineering teams. You will coordinate Data & AI workstreams, manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates while aligning security outcomes with business priorities.

The role requires 5+ years of cross-functional delivery experience, strong SDLC and cloud knowledge, and the ability to partner with security operations to deliver a product-led service model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or cyber-related field.
• 5+ years in technical delivery or project management.
• Experience delivering security ops projects cross-functionally.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and risk management.
• Familiarity with SDLC, cloud architectures and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams.
• Coordinate Data & AI workstreams, including dependencies and risks.
• Track decisions, assumptions and dependencies to ensure progress.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, service reviews and audits.
• Act as delivery interface between users, engineers and vendors.
