Fruition Group Ireland is supporting a Dublin-based SME in appointing a SDLC Delivery Manager. The role focuses on leadership across software development projects, guiding teams of engineers and architects, and coordinating with IT and Finance to meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in delivery-focused tech roles, experience with modern tech stacks, and a strong background in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in delivery focused technology role.
• Strong modern tech stack behind them.
• Works heavily with tech teams/ engineers and architects.
• Experience working with 3rd party software vendors.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
• Exposure to cross functional teams.
• Overseeing and advising on project budgets.
• Collaborates with IT, Finance and other departments to meet client needs.
• Shows interest in innovative technologies.
• Develops innovative ideas to solve complex client problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance and direction across multiple software development projects.
• Collaborate with tech teams, engineers and architects to deliver on commitments.
• Engage with key stakeholders across departments to align on budgets and scope.
• Coordinate with external vendors to integrate third party software.
• Drive Agile delivery while adapting to client needs and changing priorities.
