Marsh is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager Retirement Solutions to lead a high-profile retirement program within our Wealth division. The role blends pensions administration knowledge with data governance and AI initiatives, delivering end-to-end solutions across vendor and internal teams.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage executive engagement, and steer delivery in both Agile and traditional settings, while ensuring timelines and budget adherence in a hybrid office-based model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pensions administration or actuarial systems.
• Technology product management experience with business analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering initiatives with vendor and internal teams, including AI/data science-enabled solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences including senior leaders.
• Autonomy while collaborating across a globally distributed team with strong organisation and time management.

Mercer’s Pensions Administration business provides end-to-end administration services for defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes, supporting trustees, employers, and members with accurate, compliant, and efficient scheme operations. We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager Retirement Solutions to lead a high-profile program of work within the retirement domain of our Wealth business. This role combines pensions administration knowledge with strong data expertise, including data governance, data quality, and data-driven decision-making. This role will be based in a hybrid setting, with a requirement to work at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Ability to operate with autonomy while collaborating across a globally distributed team, with strong organisation and time management.
