Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager Retirement Solutions to lead a high-profile program within the Retirement domain of our Wealth business. The role blends pensions administration knowledge with data governance and data-driven decision-making, based in a hybrid setting with at least three days in the office.

You will partner with stakeholders, shape solutions, and lead end-to-end delivery across vendor and internal teams, including AI/data science-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pensions administration or actuarial systems.
• Demonstrated technology product management with stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering technology initiatives involving vendor and internal teams, including AI/data science-enabled solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to senior leaders.
• Ability to operate with autonomy while collaborating across a globally distributed team.

Mercer’s Pensions Administration business provides end-to-end administration services for defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes, supporting trustees, employers, and members with accurate, compliant, and efficient scheme operations. We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager Retirement Solutions to lead a high-profile program of work within the retirement domain of our Wealth business. This role combines pensions administration knowledge with strong data expertise, including data governance, data quality, and data-driven decision-making. This role will be based in a hybrid setting, with a requirement to work at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pensions administration or actuarial systems.
• Demonstrated technology product management experience, including business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering technology initiatives involving both vendor and internal teams, including AI and/or data science-enabled solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
• Ability to operate with autonomy while collaborating across a globally distributed team, with strong organisation and time management.
