Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of direct procurement or supply chain experience.
Experience in electronics or electronics components supply chain is preferred.
Hands-on, proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow with the team.
Hands-on experience with an ERP system is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Ability to work from Dublin office.

Responsibilities

Manage ERP data and reports; first 6 months split between data correction and core procurement tasks.
Create POs and resolve supply chain problems.
Build relationships with key suppliers and identify process improvements.
Serve as primary contact for vendors and monitor supplier performance.
Perform rigorous invoice matching and maintain audit-ready records.
Execute counterfeit prevention checks and track market trends.
