Job summary

Anduril Industries in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a senior recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for hardware, software, and robotics roles. You will source, screen, and close candidates while partnering with engineering leaders and business stakeholders to meet strategic hiring plans.

You will manage pipelines, deliver analytics, and build long-range recruiting strategies. The role is onsite in Dublin and requires a proactive, data-driven approach to attract defense-tech talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sourcing and closing technical roles in defense technology, with robotics talent recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to use pipeline and performance data to drive decisions and report insights to managers.
• Multiple years of managing hiring-manager relationships with data-backed recommendations on strategy.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software engineering skills in robotics/aerospace contexts.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent funnels with active candidate movement.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage a high volume of technical candidates with tight feedback loops to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering leaders to calibrate profiles, shape talent strategy, and execute hiring plans.
• Own pipeline analytics: funnel, time-to-fill, source ROI; surface weekly insights to managers and leadership.
• Translate data into action: diagnose bottlenecks, propose interventions, report results for decision making.
• Develop understanding of mission and technology to credibly pitch opportunities and attract defense-tech talent.
• Build long-range recruiting strategies based on pipeline data, including referrals, sourcing channels, and automation.
• Act as a sourcing SME using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, SOBO campaigns, web scraping, and candidate workflows.
• Conduct screens and interviews with high signal-to-noise ratio and strong interview-to-offer conversion.
• Drive diversity and maintain a positive candidate experience through proactive communication.
