Job summary

Anduril Industries in Dublin is seeking a Production Technician to join the Production team. You will assemble and integrate mechanical and/or electrical components, following detailed blueprints and instructions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Level 6+ qualification, strong PCBA handling and soldering skills, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. SAP experience is a plus; travel and EU work eligibility are considered. Equity grants are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Level 6+ qualification in a relevant discipline and ability to read wiring diagrams.
• Experience with PCBA handling, subassembly building, soldering and calibration.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to work with production and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Configure products to order and stage products for shipment.
• Interpret test results and support validation; perform root cause analysis.
• Follow blueprints and instructions to assemble products or systems.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components and ensure compatibility.
• Maintain records of assembly, calibration and quality issues.
• Collaborate with Production Planner to ensure timely delivery.
• Uphold safety protocols and participate in production meetings.
• Assist with prototype builds and general housekeeping.
