Job summary

Apple in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Technical Analyst to join a new regional EMEA team. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of support requests, translate findings for diverse audiences, and drive cross-functional improvements on a large-scale data platform.

You will partner with internal engineering, operations, and external manufacturing teams, using SQL, AI tools, and modern data technologies to deliver actionable insights and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, business analysis, or data analytics in a large enterprise.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to prepare reports and analyses.
• Clear, confident communication across technical and business audiences.
• Analytical mindset to form hypotheses from incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of support requests from problem to resolution.
• Translate technical findings into clear information for diverse audiences.
• Lead complex cross-functional issues on large-scale data platforms.
• Identify patterns, data quality issues, and recurring failures with engineering teams.
• Analyze data to support business decisions and produce reports and visuals.
• Gather requirements and contribute to platform improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process flows, and knowledge base content.
• Collaborate on UAT, release validation, and feature feedback cycles.
