Job summary

GlobalLogic, Cork office, is seeking a Customer Service and Business Data Technician to support Apple-focused customers. The role involves researching, analysing and validating information using web sources, maps, and news articles.

Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, liaising with support groups, and updating Apple managers on task status.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent English written and spoken, with high level CEFR C2 proficiency.
• Excellent reading, writing and summarising skills in English.
• Proven ability to differentiate meanings in complex communications with customers.
• Strong research skills using online sources and official sites.
• Experience with validating information and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interest in Apple products and mapping is a plus.
• Mac OS X experience is preferred.
• Skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources.
• Keen attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Customer service background is a plus but not required.
• Perform information validation by calling if required.
• Able to maintain a positive attitude during repetitive tasks.
• Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processes.
