TechHeads, an established fintech in Dublin, is seeking a Tech Lead to own the technical direction of a new greenfield platform. The role blends hands-on engineering with architectural ownership and decisive design decisions.

You will lead development on a modern C#/.NET stack, work with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and APIs, and explore AI technologies, all in a hybrid Dublin setting with close collaboration across the engineering team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong C# / .NET
• Experience as Tech Lead / Lead Developer or senior engineer with technical ownership
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and modern software development
• Capable of making technical decisions and influencing engineering direction
• Experience in FinTech / Financial sectors
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies
