Job summary

Ryanair Labs in Dublin invites graduates to join a 12‑month fixed-term programme across Software Development, BI & Data, Information Security, Infrastructure & Operations, and more. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment within Europe’s largest airline group.

Applicants should be on track for a 2.1 or above and have graduated no earlier than 2025. Applications close 31 January 2027. A strong cultural fit and solid communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

Must have a 2.1 degree or higher.
Graduation no earlier than 2025.
Unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland.
Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and improvements.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 12‑month rotation across Ryanair Labs functions.
Assist in analytics, software development, information security, infra projects.
