Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Ireland seeks a Technology & Cyber Risk Management Lead within the Technology & Cyber CCOR organisation to shape and oversee technology compliance across regulatory requirements for resilient, secure systems.

You will collaborate with the wider CCOR team, provide guidance on policies, controls and data analytics, and engage stakeholders globally while advancing the firm’s risk management program and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong architecture and operation experience for global financial systems.
• Analytical skills with a growth mindset on tech and emerging tech.
• Experience in risk management, compliance, or tech-related fields.
• Knowledge of information security standards (NIST, ISO 27001/27002) and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to synthesize risks from complex tech systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide technology on regulatory requirements for resiliency, outsourcing, data loss prevention, privacy, AI and cloud tech.
• Review regulations and impact assessments; advise owners on policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on emerging tech and regulatory changes to enable compliant operations.
• Support review of significant security events over defined thresholds; assess and report outcomes.
• Advise on adoption of policies and use data analytics to identify risks.
• Guide adoption of Cloud and AI/ML technologies.
• Contribute to emerging risk assessments in strategic reviews and external events.
• Collaborate with conduct, compliance, and risk leads regionally.
• Build trusted relationships with technology stakeholders.
