Job summary

Sprout is seeking Team Members for a fast-paced, hands-on role at our Newbridge restaurant. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, prepare and serve fresh food to Sprout standards, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly with the team.

You don’t need previous experience—training is provided. Enjoy free meals on shift, team discounts, growth opportunities, Sprout University, wellbeing support, and a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, take orders and help create a warm, friendly experience.
• Prepare and serve fresh food to Sprout standards, ensuring dish looks and tastes great.
• Learn all areas of the service line, including till, toppings and mix.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organised, stocked and ready for service.
• Learn our menu to answer questions and recommend dishes confidently.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers, take orders and help create a warm, friendly experience
• Prepare and serve fresh food to Sprout standards, making sure every dish looks and tastes great
• Learn all areas of the service line, including till, toppings and mix
