Job summary

Primark in Dublin is seeking a Team Manager on a full-time fixed-term contract for 3 months. You will work with the management team to run the store and deliver strong sales while delivering excellent customer experience.

Lead and coach a team of Retail Assistants, drive performance through commercial planning and visual merchandising, and develop talent through the company's digital learning and career pathways.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations
• Lead an allocated store section including commercial planning, stock management, planograms and visual impact
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required
• Organise and delegate tasks to Retail Assistants daily
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional store environment and customer experience while driving sales
• Utilise digital learning and career pathways to develop your own skills and the team

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department of your store – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
