Job summary

Primark in Drogheda is seeking a Team Manager to lead a store area, collaborate with the management team to run the daily operation, and deliver a standout customer experience.

You will manage an allocated department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales, while organising and coaching Retail Assistants to achieve excellence.

This role offers a path for development through our digital learning and career pathways in a supportive, people-first culture.
