Homesavers in Ireland is seeking a hands-on Retail Team Leader to drive day-to-day store operations and support the retail leadership team. You will lead the store team to ensure stock availability, maintain displays, handle deliveries, and uphold security procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and previous team leadership in retail; you will train staff, supervise shifts, and ensure procedures are followed to maximise store

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team to replenish stock, maintain displays and ensure product availability.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the store team to:

• Replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with deliveries, stock handling, and inventory counts
• Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed
• Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls
• Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures
• Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the current team
