Costa Coffee Ireland & Northern Ireland is seeking a Team Leader to drive daily store operations in Gorey. This role focuses on building leadership skills, coaching staff, and preparing for future store management opportunities.

You will receive ongoing training, a people-first culture, and a clear pathway to management as you grow within the organisation. This is a full-time, on-site position with on-site parking.
