Job summary

Costa Coffee Ireland & Northern Ireland is seeking a Team Leader for our Oranmore store. You will lead daily shifts, ensure superb coffee quality, and deliver unbeatable customer experiences with your team.

We value reliability, leadership, and a passion for coffee. The role offers full-time, permanent hours, a fully flexible schedule, ongoing training, and clear progression into management within a supportive café environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and clear communication with customers
• Maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store safely and on time
