The Rehab Group is hiring a Care Worker in Castlebar, Mayo. This 6-month fixed term contract covers 15 hours per week to support individuals with intellectual disability and mental health challenges within a respite setting. The role emphasises person-centred care, dignity, and community integration.
Applicants should have experience in residential/respite care, understanding of HIQA standards, and a valid driving licence. QQI Level 5 in Social Care is required, with ongoing training provided.

Salary starting from point 1 €31,561.64 to point 5 €35,982.66 (pro rata), issubject to experience and qualification. The 12-point salary scale provides annual progression opportunities up to€43,730.75 per annum.
