Asiera is seeking an experienced Team Lead for the Offensive Security Consultancy Services to guide penetration testing and related engagements for our Irish education sector clients. This role leads a team of testers, mentors staff, and ensures high-quality reporting and client delivery.
The position is based in Dublin with a Work-Life Balance Framework offering up to three days working from home per week, while requiring presence at the office at least two days weekly.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Team Lead toleadour Offensive Security Consultancy Services Team on a permanent contract basis.
This role is based at our Dublin 1 office; however, we are pleased to offer a flexible working arrangement via our Work-Life Balance Framework. This allows you to work from home up to three (3) days a week. You will be expected to work at least two (2) days a week in the office, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a balanced and dynamic work environment.
The Offensive Security Team conducts vulnerability scans, penetration tests, phishing simulations and breach simulations for Asiera's clients.
Reporting to the Security Consultancy Services Manager, this role will lead ateamof penetration testers and ethical hackers tosupportAsiera's clientsin delivering and maintaining secure services for their staff and students.
