Job summary

Avoca Ireland in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, is seeking a dedicated Team Lead to support the management team at Avoca Kildare Village on a part-time or full-time permanent contract.

You will oversee opening/closing duties, assist with day-to-day operations in store and cafe, and provide strong customer service while guiding the team. The role requires proven leadership, excellent service skills, attention to detail, and reliability.

We are looking for a responsible Team Lead to assist the management team in Avoca Kildare Village on a part-time or full-time permanent contract. Duties of the Team Lead include opening and/or closing duties of the Avoca Kildare Village store and/or cafe, assisting with day-to-day running of the department, and supporting the management team in a variety of different ways.

The Team Lead's responsibilities include cash handling, cash reconciliation, assisting in running the daily employee breaks, customer service queries and supporting the management team in various capacities. The ideal candidate should have experience within the retail or food industry and have great customer service skills.
