Job summary

The Dains Group is hiring a Tax Trainee for our Dublin office, offering a structured 3-year training path to Chartered Accountant status (ACA, CTA). You will join a dynamic tax team handling corporate, personal and VAT work across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 6 in Maths and English at GCSE level.
• You have completed 6 subjects in your Leaving Certificate with a strong result in English, Maths and Irish (equivalent to 112 UCAS points).
• 2:1 honour degree/predicated.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance work.
• Exposure to corporate tax, personal tax and VAT.
• Contribute to tax planning and advisory activities with the team.
• Assist with the learning journey and progression to Chartered Accountant status.
