Job summary

PwC Ireland’s Tax Technology & Transformation team is a dynamic partner-led group delivering tax technology strategies and solutions. The role combines tax expertise with technology to enable efficient tax processes and compliant reporting for clients.

You will work with market-leading clients across sectors, shaping future-state tax systems and leading delivery teams in implementing innovative tax technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in tax or tax technology consultancy related role.
• Consistent track record in leading, designing, and implementing best in class tax technology solutions.
• Experience with tax-related solutions in ERP systems and/or tax engines (SAP, Oracle, MSFT Dynamics, OneSource, Vertex or other).
• Certification or extensive experience in agile technology and analytic solutions preferable (MS VBA, SQL, MS Power Apps, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath).
• Deep technical and project management capabilities from leading and delivering large and sophisticated tax transformation projects.
• Experience with a Big 4 firm, large ERP/consulting organisation multinational company with tax related experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Leading go-to-market business development initiatives while researching and integrating best-in-class emerging technologies.
• Interpretation and documentation of client’s tax and business requirements for future state systems design and tax technology solutions.
• Leads project delivery teams in designing, building and integrating tax technology enabled solutions for clients.
• Builds strong relationships across client stakeholder groups and PwC specialists across PwC’s global network.
• Mentors and guides the team to perform at their best and reach full potential.
