Our client, a leading international firm in the Dublin market, is expanding its tax team by hiring an NQ Tax Solicitor to advise financial services clients on Irish tax matters.

The role covers capital markets, funds, lending, and asset transactions, with corporate tax work on M&A, restructurings, inward investment, and corporate migrations. Real estate structuring and international tax compliance are also part of the remit.

Qualifications

• NQ tax solicitor role with CTA qualification considered.
• Experience with Irish tax matters including VAT, corporate tax, cross-border issues.
• Ability to advise on M&A, restructurings, inward investment and corporate migrations.

Responsibilities

• Advise financial services clients on Irish tax matters.
• Assist on capital markets, funds, lending and asset transactions.
• Provide guidance on FATCA, CRS and tax reporting obligations.

The team advises financial services clients on Irish tax matters, including capital markets, funds, lending, and asset transactions. Provides corporate tax advice on M&A, restructurings, inward investment, and corporate migrations. Supports real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposal structuring. Advises on international tax, cross-border transactions, FATCA, CRS, and tax reporting obligations.

The firm is also willing to look at CTA qualified tax associates.
